Structure of the Program
All classes of the MIR Program are offered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at the Thammasat University, Ta prachan Campus. Most students take three courses per semester. Students have a minimum of two years and a maximum of seven years to complete the program.
Degree Requirements
Students must have completed all the courses (36 credits) with an overall minimum GPA of 3.00 or greater and English Language Proficiency is satisfied.
For plan A (thesis), passing thesis research with grade S (Satisfactory) and having the thesis or at least part of the thesis accepted for publication in an academic journal or presentation in an academic conference with proceedings are required.
For plan B (non-thesis), passing an Independent Study (IR701 and IR702) with grade S (Satisfactory), passing written comprehensive examination with grade P (Pass) and submit one article related to student's IS topic to the program are required.
