Jaguar cars happen to be the pride of England for many years. The company was founded in Blackpool in 1922 and later moved its production plant to Coventry. In the past, it went though a string of ownerships and is also presently owned by the Indian based Tata motors.

In 1989, Ford took control of the ownership and this relationship lasted till 2007. Many people wanted to buy the Jaguar ownership although not the combined Land Rover operations also run by Ford. Finally in 2008, Tata took control of the entire company.
Jaguar has always made great cars. Known as the Mark IV and V, these folks were widely sold in the 40s and 50s. Over time, the objective series was improvised as well as the cars became scaled-down. Following your Mark X, the XJ series originated. Jaguar cars also became successful on the racing circuit. Today, UAE are no longer on the racing circuit primarily on account of costs.
